For the upcoming China's National Day holiday from October 1 to October 7, 2026 (Beijing Time), some of our engineers in China may take extra leave before and after the official holiday to reunite with family and friends.

FAE engineers based in other regions overseas will remain on duty following local time during this period. Should you have any critical issues requiring support from China-based engineers, please submit a ticket. We will make every effort to respond to you promptly before and after the holiday.
