Dear customer
During the upcoming Chinese Spring festival, which will be observed from January 28th to February 4th, 2025 (Beijing time), some engineers in China may take additional leave days before and after the official holiday to visit their relatives and friends or spend time with their families.
However, during this period, FAE engineers in corresponding regions abroad will continue to work according to the local time. If any critical issues require the assistance of Chinese engineers, please create a ticket, and we will strive to respond as promptly as possible before and after the holiday.
